Beef & Guiness Pies

Directions

Pre-heat oven to 200°C Heat oil in a frying pan. Add mince, chopped garlic, onion & carrot. Cook for 4 minutes or until meat has browned.

Add peas, Worcestershire sauce & flour. Cook for 1 min, stirring.

Add Guinness, stock, bring to the boil, stirring until just thickened. Season with salt and pepper.Divide between four 1-cup capacity ovenproof dishes.

Cut pastry sheet into quarters & place on top of each pie (or alternatively cut pastry into circles to fit top of ramekin) then trim excess. Whisk egg in a small bowl and brush egg on top of the pastry. Bake for 20 minutes or until golden. Serve with steamed vegetables.

2 cups Campbell's Real Stock – Beef

1 sheet puff pastry, thawed
