Corn, Split Pea & Ham Fritters

Directions

Combine the soup, sweet corn kernels and spring onions. Add the eggs and mix in the flour. 

Divide into 8 portions and roll into patties. 

Heat the oil in a frying pan, preferably non stick, over a low to medium heat and cook the patties on both sides until golden. 

Serve with tomato chutney and a fresh garden salad.

1 x 420g can Campbell's Condensed Spilt Pea & Ham Soup
210g can sweet corn kernels, drained
2 green spring onions, finely chopped
2 eggs, beaten
1 cup self raising flour, sieved
3 tbsp oil
tomato chutney, to serve
