Directions

In a saucepan bring Stock to the boil.

Add the rice.

Reduce heat, cover and cook for 12-15 minutes until rice is tender and all of the stock is absorbed.

Serve with your casserole, stroganoff or stir fry to deliver an even more flavoursome meal.
