Skinny Mash

Directions

Peel potatoes and cut into small pieces. Place in a saucepan and add Campbell’s Real Stock. 

Bring to the boil then reduce heat and simmer, covered, for 10-15 minutes or until potatoes are tender.

Drain potatoes, reserving stock. Mash potatoes and mix in approx. 1 cup of the reserved stock to make a soft mash.
