Heat olive oil in a large saucepan. Add onion and garlic and cook for 2 minutes, add mince and cook for a further 10-12 minutes or until meat is browned.
Add tomato paste, tomatoes, Campbell’s Real Stock – Beef, bay leaf, oregano, stir well to combine. Reduce heat to low and simmer gently for 25 minutes.
Serve over your favourite pasta topped with parmesan.
