Asian Seafood Hot Sour Soup

  • 1L Campbell's Real Soup Base - Thai
  • Tamarind to taste
  • 1 packet (115g) fresh baby corn
  • 1 packet (100g) enoki mushrooms
  • 500 grams of clams or black Mussels
  • 12 green king prawns, peeled and cleaned
  • Birds-eye Chilli and coriander to garnish


  1. Bring the soup base to the boil, add tamarind paste to taste
  2. Add baby corn and mushrooms, bring to boil
  3. Add the clams and cook until they open, then add the prawns, return to the boil, take soup off the heat.
  4. Ladle soup into bowls and garnish with fresh coriander and chilli
