Bacon, celery & cheese muffins

Ingredients

  • 1 tbs butter or margarine
  • 2 cups self- raising flour
  • 1 egg
  • 100g bacon, diced
  • 1 x 410g can Campbell’s Cream of Celery Condensed Soup
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1 ½ cup shredded cheddar cheese

Method

  1. Preheat oven to 200ᵒC.
  2. Rub butter into the flour then add egg, Campbell’s Soup, bacon, & ½ cup cheese. Add milk, mix to combine.
  3. Lightly grease a 12 x 1/2 cup capacity non-stick muffin pan. Place mixture into each muffin pan evenly.
  4. Sprinkle some cheese on each muffin.
  5. Bake for 30 mins or until cooked & golden.
