Cheesy chicken, corn & spinach pasta

Ingredients

  • 250g penne pasta, cooked
  • 1 x 420 g can Campbell’s Cream of Chicken & Corn Condensed Soup
  • ½ cup cream
  • 120g baby spinach
  • ½ BBQ Chicken, shredded
  • 2 cups tasty cheddar, grated

Method

  1. Preheat oven to 180ᵒC
  2. In a large bowl combine Campbell’s Soup & cream, stir well.
  3. Add cooked pasta, spinach, chicken & ½ the cheese, stir well.
  4. Spoon mixture into a 2 ½ litre (10 cup) capacity baking dish. Sprinkle with remaining cheese, bake for 15-20 mins or until top is golden brown. Serve with green salad.
