Chilli con carne with Campbell’s Condensed

Ingredients

  • 1 tbs oil
  • 1 brown onion, finely chopped
  • 2 cloves garlic, crushed
  • 500 gm beef mince
  • 1 tsp cumin
  • 1 tsp chilli powder
  • 1 x 420g can Campbell’s Vegetable & Beef Condensed Soup
  • 1 x 420g can red kidney beans, rinsed & drained
  • 2 tbs tomato paste
  • Corn chips, sour cream & coriander to serve

Method

  1. Heat 1 tbs oil in non-stick fry pan over medium heat. Add onion & garlic, cook for 2 mins.
  2. Add beef mince & cook until browned. Add cumin, chilli, Campbell’s Soup, kidney beans & tomato paste & cook for 2-5 mins. Add ½ can of water to the mix. Stir & cook for a further 5 mins.
  3. Serve accompanied with corn chips, sour cream & coriander.
