REAL SOUP BASE RECIPE
- 1 L Campbell’s Real Soup Base - Thai
- 16 frozen dumplings (suitable for boiling)
- 1 bunch broccolini, sliced into 1cm pieces
- bean sprouts to garnish
- Bring Campbell’s Real Soup Base - Thai to the boil in a medium saucepan. Add dumplings. Simmer for 8 minutes.
- Add broccolini and simmer for 3 minutes until just tender.
- Ladle soup into bowls and garnish with bean sprouts.
Note: Use any Asian green you prefer.
