Bacon Wrapped Chicken with Creamy Mushroom & White Wine Sauce

Method

  • Preheat oven to 190°C.
  • Take a rasher of bacon and wrap it around a chicken breast.  Repeat with remaining bacon and chicken. Place on a baking tray and bake  for 20-25 minutes or until chicken is cooked through.
  • Meanwhile place soup in a saucepan, stir in wine. Bring to the boil, stirring, then reduce heat to low. Add cream and cook at a simmer for 2 minutes. Spoon over chicken and serve with steamed vegetables such as asparagus or sugar snap peas.


 

 

Ingredients

4 rashers bacon
4 skinless chicken breast fillets
1 x 420g can Campbell's Cream of Mushroom Condensed Soup
1/3 cup white wine
1/4 cup cream

Moist & Savoury Stuffing

Use Campbell's Real Stock instead of water when preparing your favourite stuffing mixture. Substitute and even amount of Campbell's Real Stock for water.
