Hot 'N Spicy Oyster Shots

Method

  • Remove oyster meat from the shell. Place into a shot glass then add 1 tbsp V8 Juice. 
  • Place in the celery stick then repeat with remaining oysters. Serve on a platter.

Tip: Make Bloody Mary Oyster Shots by adding 2 tsp ice cold vodka per shot glass.

Why not try making Hot 'N Spicy Shrimp Shots by substituting peeled, cooked prawns for the oysters.

Ingredients

500ml V8 Vegetable Juice - Hot 'N Spicy, chilled
24 oysters
6 celery sticks, halved lengthways, cut into 5 cm sticks
