Creamy Honey Mustard Chicken

Method

  • Heat oil in a large frying pan over medium high heat. Add chicken, and cook for 5 minutes or until golden brown. Remove and set aside.
  • Add onion and mushrooms and cook for 3 minutes. Add beans and cook for 2 minutes or until vegetables have softened.
  • In a jug or bowl, combine Campbell’s Real Stock with mustard, honey and cornflour and whisk until combined.
  • Bring to the boil, stirring constantly. Reduce heat and cook for 5 minutes, stirring occasionally, until beans are just tender and sauce has thickened. Return chicken to pan and cook for 1 - 2 minutes until heated and cooked through. Stir in cream and serve.

250mL Pack Campbell’s Real Stock - Chicken
1 tblspn olive oil
500g chicken breast, cut into strips
1 medium onion, thinly sliced
200g button mushrooms, sliced
1 tblspn wholegrain mustard
3 tsp honey
1 tbsp cornflour
200g green beans, sliced
¼ cup cream
