Garlic jus sauce

Ingredients

  • 250ml (1 cup) Campbell’s Real Stock – Beef
  • 2 cloves of garlic crushed
  • 2 tsp of Worcestershire sauce
  • 2 tsp of corn flour 
  • 2 tsp of water

 

Method

  1. Place Campbell’s Real Stock, crushed garlic and Worcestershire sauce in a medium pot and simmer on medium heat for 10 mins.
  2. Add in corn flour that has been mixed with water to the stock mixture and stir to thicken (2mins).
  3. Serve on top of your favourite cut of meat.
