Hummus

Ingredients

  • 3 x 400g Can chickpeas, rinsed, drained
  • 250ml (1 cup) Campbell’s Real Stock - Vegetable
  • 1 tsp cumin
  • 1 tbsp tahini
  • 3 tbsp lemon juice
  • 3 cloves garlic, crushed
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 French bread stick, sliced, grilled

Method

  1. Place chickpeas and Campbell’s Real Stock in a food processor and blend until pureed.
  2. Add cumin, tahini, lemon juice and garlic and blend until mixture is well combined.
  3. With the food processor running add oil and continue to blend until smooth. Pour into a serving bowl, cover and let stand for 1 hour to allow flavors to blend. Serve with grilled bread stick slices.
