Herbed Rice with Peas

Method

  • Pour Campbell’s Real Stock into a saucepan. Stir in rice. Bring to the boil, stirring occasionally.
  • Cover, reduce heat to low and cook for 15 minutes or until rice is tender and stock is absorbed
  • Remove from heat, stir in peas and herbs. Cover and stand for 5 minutes to allow peas to heat through.

Ingredients

1 x 500ml pack Campbell’s Real Stock – Chicken
1 cup long grain rice
1 cup peas, fresh or frozen
1 tbsp finely chopped fresh parsley
1 tbsp chopped fresh chives
