Lemon & Herb Chicken

Method

  • Place Campbell’s Real Stock in a large plastic bag or shallow non metallic container. Add garlic, herbs and lemon zest.
  • Add chicken, turn gently to coat, cover and marinate, in refrigerator, for at least 2 hours or overnight, turning occasionally.
  • Remove chicken from marinade and dry. Cook on a pre-heated barbecue, grill or non-stick frying pan over medium high heat for 15 – 20 minutes or until cooked through.

Ingredients

1 cup (250ml) Campbell’s Real Stock - Chicken
4 cloves garlic, chopped
2 tbsp chopped fresh parsley
2 tbsp chopped fresh mint
grated zest of 1 lemon
4 skinless chicken breast fillets
