No Fuss Celery Muffins

Method

  • Preheat oven to 200°C.
  • Grease a 12 cup muffin tin.
  • Place the soup in a bowl then stir in the remaining ingredients.
  • Spoon into the muffin tins then bake for 20 - 25 minutes.
  • Serve with butter or herb butter

1 can Campbell's Condensed Cream of Celery Soup 1 egg 4 green onions, finely chopped 1/2 cup light sour cream 1/2 cup reduced fat milk 2 1/2 cups self raising flour
