Method
- Preheat oven to 180°C.
- Grease a lasagne baking dish.
- Slice chicken fillets into quarters and place on the bottom of the dish. Cover with slices of swiss cheese.
- Combine soup and water then pour over chicken. Sprinkle over herb stuffing, so that it covers the whole dish. Pour melted butter over the stuffing mix. Bake for 40 mintues or until golden and bubbly and chicken is cooked through
