Method
- Preheat oven to 180°C.
- In a bowl combine mince, onion, salt, pepper, rice, plain flour, parsley, and egg. Mix well. Form into large meatballs and place in a lightly greased casserole dish.
- Pour tomato soup over rissoles then add enough water to just cover the rissoles. Cover with a lid then bake in pre-heated oven for 1 1/2 to 2 hours or until rice is tender and meatballs are cooked through. Serve with mashed potatoes and steamed vegetables or with fresh crusty bread.
