Pea & ham vol au vents

Ingredients

  • 1 x 420g Campbell’s Pea & Ham Condensed Soup
  • ½ cup cream
  • 2 cups baby spinach
  • ½ tsp black pepper
  • 6 medium vol au vent pastry cases
  • 1 cup tasty cheese, grated

Method

  1. Preheat oven to 180ᵒC
  2. In a medium saucepan, combine Campbell’s Soup, cream & spinach, stir until heated through.
  3. Place pastry cases on a baking tray. Divide mixture into cases, top with cheese & bake for 15-20 mins until golden.
  4. Garnish with basil leaves. Serve with green salad.
