Quick & easy tuna pasta bake

Ingredients

  • 1 tbs oil
  • 1 onion, finely chopped
  • 1 x 410 can Campbell’s Cream of Asparagus Condensed Soup
  • 425 g can Tuna, drained
  • 400 g can corn kernels, drained
  • 250 g dried penne pasta, cooked
  • 1 cup grated tasty cheese

Method

  1. Preheat oven to 180ᵒC.
  2. Grease an 8 cup (2L) ovenproof dish.
  3. Heat oil in a large frying pan over medium heat, add onion & cook, stirring occasionally, for 3 mins.
  4. In large bowl mix onion, Campbell’s Soup, tuna, corn & pasta until combined. Place in prepared dish, sprinkle with cheese & bake for 20 mins or until golden brown.
  5. Serve with your favourite steamed vegetables or a garden salad.
