Chicken with White Wine & Mushroom Sauce

Method


  • Heat oil in a fry pan and cook the chicken for 5 minutes or until golden brown and cooked through. Add garlic and leek and cook for 3 minutes until softened.

  • Add the wine and soup, mix well. Reduce heat and simmer for 5 minutes, stirring occasionally.

  • Serve with mashed potato and your favourite green salad.

600g chicken breast fillet, cut into thick strips
2 cloves garlic, crushed
" leek, diced
" cup white wine
1 x 420g can Campbell"s Condensed Cream of Mushroom Soup
