Chilli Beef n Bean Spaghetti

Method

  • Heat oil in a large saucepan, or deep frying pan, over medium heat. Add onions and garlic and cook for 5 minutes.
  • Add beef and cook until well browned, stirring to separate meat.
  • Stir in chilli powder, cinnamon and cloves and cook for 2 minutes. Stir in V8 Vegetable Juice. Bring to the boil, reduce heat to low and cook for 15 minutes, stirring regularly. Stir in beans. Cover and cook for 5 minutes, stirring occasionally.
  • Meanwhile cook according to the directions on packet.  Drain and serve topped with beef and bean mixture. Serve with cheese and sour cream, if desired.

Ingredients

2 tbsp olive oil
750g beef mince
2 onions, chopped
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 1/2 tsp chilli powder
¼ tsp ground cinnamon
¼ tsp ground cloves
1 Litre Campbell's V8 Vegetable Juice - Original or Hot n Spicy
½ cup Campbell's Real Stock - Beef 
2 x 420g cans kidney beans, rinsed, drained
500g pack dried spaghettishredded tasty cheese, to serve
sour cream, to serve.

Moist & Savoury Stuffing

Use Campbell's Real Stock instead of water when preparing your favourite stuffing mixture. Substitute and even amount of Campbell's Real Stock for water.
