Ramen noodle and tofu soup

Ingredients

  • 1 L Campbell’s Real Soup Base – Thai
  • 90g dried ramen noodles (Hakubaku brand)
  • 1 carrot, cut into matchsticks
  • 2 green onions (green tops kept for garnish)
  • 200g marinated tofu, cut into bite sized pieces (we used Malaysian - Peanut Satay)

Method

  1. Bring Campbell’s Real Soup Base - Thai to the boil in a medium saucepan. Add noodles. Simmer for 4 minutes.
  2. Add tofu, carrot and onion. Cook for 1 minute.
  3. Ladle soup into bowls. Garnish with green onion.
