Red wine jus

Serves: 4 people
Prep time:



  • 250ml (1 cup) Campbell’s Real Stock – Beef
    250ml (1 cup) red wine
    2 tsp of corn flour and 2 tsp of water
    2 tsp of sugar
    Cracked black pepper


  1. Reduce Campbell’s Real Stock and red wine together on a stove top and reduce by half (this takes about 15 mins).
  2. Add in corn flour that has been mixed with water and stir to thicken (2 mins).
  3. Stir in sugar (1 min), season with cracked black Pepper and serve on top of your favourite cut of meat.
