Savoury tomato muffins

  • 1 tbs butter or margarine
  • 2 cups self - raising flour
  • 1 egg
  • ¾ cup Campbell’s Condensed Tomato Soup
  • 1 tbs chopped fresh chives
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1 ½ cup shredded cheddar cheese


  1. Preheat oven to 200°C.
  2. Rub the butter into the flour then add the egg, Campbell’s Condensed Tomato Soup and chives, and ½ cup of cheese. Add milk, mix to combine.
  3. Lightly grease mini muffin pan, Place mixture into mini muffin pan evenly.
  4. Sprinkle some cheese on top of each muffin.
  5. Bake for 12 minutes or until cooked.
