Add noodles. Simmer for 3 minutes. Add snow peas. Cook for 3 minutes until snow peas are just tender. Meanwhile, heat peanut oil in a medium frying pan over high heat. Cook salmon, skin-side down for 3 minutes. Turn and cook 2 minutes until cooked to your liking. Add green onion and sesame oil to soup. Ladle soup into bowls. Top with salmon and garnish with extra green onion and sesame seeds. Comments
