Skinny mash

Ingredients

  • 6 medium potatoes
    1 x 500ml Campbell's Real Stock Chicken

Method

  1. Peel potatoes and cut into small pieces. Place in a saucepan and add Campbell’s Real Stock. 
  2. Bring to the boil then reduce heat and simmer, covered, for 10-15 minutes or until potatoes are tender.
  3. Drain potatoes, reserving stock. Mash potatoes and mix in approx. 1 cup of the reserved stock to make a soft mash.
