Spaghetti bolognese with Campbell’s Condensed

Ingredients

  • 1 tbs oil
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 2 cloves garlic, crushed
  • 500 gm beef mince
  • 1 x 430g can Campbell’s Rich Tomato Condensed Soup
  • ½ cup water
  • 140g tomato paste
  • 2 tsp dried oregano leaves
  • Freshly ground black pepper
  • 2 tbs chopped fresh parsley
  • 400g dry spaghetti, cooked

Method

  1. Heat oil in a saucepan over medium heat. Add onion & garlic, cook for 2-3 mins.
  2. Add mince & cook for 5-6 mins or until browned.
  3. Stir in Campbell’s Soup, water, tomato paste, oregano & pepper. Bring mix to the boil, stirring. Reduce heat, cook for 20 mins. Stir in parsley.
  4. Serve over cooked spaghetti.
