Sweet chilli and lime chicken wings

  • ½ cup sweet chilli sauce
  • 1 tbs lime rind
  • 1 tbs lime juice
  • 2 cloves garlic, crushed
  • 1 cup (250ml) Campbell’s Real Stock - Chicken 
  • 1 kg chicken wings


  1. In a large bowl mix sweet chilli sauce, lime rind, lime juice, garlic and Campbell’s Real Stock until combined.
  2. Add chicken wings to the bowl, toss to combine, making sure the chicken wings are covered by the marinade. Wrap and place in the fridge to marinate for 1 hour.
  3. Preheat oven to 180ᵒC. Line a large baking tray with baking paper, place chicken wings on tray, place in the oven for 1 hour or until cooked.
  4. Add remaining marinade into a small saucepan, bring to the boil, reduce heat and simmer for 15 minutes, or until thickened. Serve with chicken wings
