Ultra creamy mash

Ingredients

  • 6 medium potatoes
  • 1 x 500ml pack Campbell’s Real Stock Chicken
  • 2 tbsp butter
  • 1/4 cup cream

Method

  1. Peel potatoes and cut into small pieces. Place in a saucepan and pour over Campbell’s Real Stock.
  2. Bring to the boil then reduce heat and simmer, covered, for 10-15 minutes or until the potatoes are tender.
  3. Drain potatoes, reserving stock. Mash potatoes with butter. Stir in cream and approx. 1/2 cup reserved stock to make a smooth mash.
